Kuban or Terek Cossack - with the shoulder straps filed down could be Red Cossacks. The outer cherkeska coat was usually grey , often with a black beshmet undercoat. I’ve given this pack small kubanka fur hats (probably white lambswool). Random selection of 3 figures from the 4 shown. Horses supplied as random variants.
